Ozan Bilen (11 November 1984) is a Turkish actor.
Ozan Bilen was born in Istanbul and graduated from Pera Fine Arts Academy Cinema Acting Department. He played his first role in the movie Uçurtmayı Vurmasınlar in 1989 when he was only 5 years old.
