Stanislav Barabas was born on 4 February 1924 in Kalinka, Czechoslovakia. He was a director and writer, known for Der ewige Gatte (1969), Piesen o sivom holubovi (1961) and Torquemada (1989). He died on 1 August 1994 in Hamburg, Germany.
