Carolay Rodríguez

Carolay Rodríguez is a theater, film, and television actress with a degree in theater from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has participated in international workshops with Helena Bastos (Mexico), the Frantic Assembly company (USA), and Guillermo Cacace (Chile). She has appeared in "La Barragana" (2023), "La doctora", "Personas, lugares y cosas", and "Detrás ruge el lago" (2024). Her film credits include "El plebeyo" (2020) and "Un romance singular" (2022). On television, she participated in the programs "A distancia" (2020) and "Aprendo en casa" (2021). She is the creator of the Actriz de Barrio platform. She won the Luces Award for Best New Artist in 2024.
