Tzancă Uraganu

Andrei Velcu is a Romanian manele singer also known as Tzanca Uraganu. His original stage name was Tzanca de la Ploiesti but he changed it later when Nicolae Guță called him "the hurricane of music" at that time. He studied in Ploiesti, Romania, till the 10th grade, after which he wanted to pursue a career in football.
