Dr. Randy Short is a black and Aboriginal American author, historian, and world traveler. He is also a reparations and human rights advocate, researcher, traditional folklorist, and humorist. Dr. Randy Short is passionate about using his voice to amplify the stories of the marginalized and to advocate for social justice. He is a Washington D.C. native, but he has traveled the globe, gathering stories and insights from people from all walks of life. He is a bibliophile and a social critic, and is always looking for new ways to challenge the status quo. Dr. Randy Short is also a Reciprocal Pan-Africanist, which means that he believes in the interconnectedness of all people of African descent.
