Helen Berriman

Helen Berriman is a public naturist who is dedicated to furthering the social acceptance of the naked human form. She is an outspoken body freedom advocate with an emphasis on mental well-being and female health. Based in London, UK, she has appeared on several topical and light entertainment shows, as well as being featured in numerous news and magazine articles. Famously, she only ever appears in the media fully naked, and wherever possible uncensored. Her aim is to normalise the sight of nudity, particularly female nudity, and to help to desexualise it within British society. She has been praised for being articulate and engaging in discussions on the subjects of naturism and public nudity, and as such is regarded as a domain expert.
