Goksu Basaran (born July 5, 1980, in Silistra, Bulgaria) is a Turkish actress, producer, and writer working in television, cinema, and digital productions. She began her acting career in Turkey and gained experience through roles in various television series. Throughout her career, she has appeared in productions such as Yaprak Dökümü, Kalbimdeki Deniz, Arka Sokaklar, Avrupa Yakası, and Akasya Durağı. In the 2021 series Koza, Basaran served as both an actress and a producer, gaining recognition for her performance. She later appeared in the series Kıyma, expanding her presence in digital platform productions. She has also taken part in film projects such as Arapsaçı. The short film Not Born This Way, But Becoming, in which Basaran was involved, was selected for the 11th Lions International Short Film Competition. The story of the film was written by Basaran and adapted from her original narrative titled Sinop Sisi. Adopting a character-driven approach in her acting, Basaran focuses on emotional depth and realism in her performances. In addition to television and digital productions, she continues her work in writing and performance arts.
