The Earth has descended into a new ice age of -45 degrees Celsius. At the evacuation center, dozens of people who have fled are living on the edge of their lives. Humanity is faced with an extreme situation where only those with a strong desire to live will survive. Kimura Shoko, a genius con artist with two previous criminal convictions, is determined to do whatever it takes to survive in this new world.
