Karen Gillan

Karen Gillan (nata il 28 novembre 1987) è un'attrice, regista e sceneggiatrice scozzese di Inverness, in Scozia. Ha interpretato il ruolo di Amy Pond, compagna dell'Undicesimo Dottore, nella serie di fantascienza della BBC One Doctor Who (2010-2013). Nel film, ha interpretato Nebula nei film Marvel Cinematic Universe Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) e Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019) e Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), e ha anche interpretato Ruby Roundhouse nel film campione d'incassi Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017). Nel 2018 ha pubblicato il suo primo lungometraggio come sceneggiatrice e regista, intitolato The Party's Just Beginning.
