Victor Rodrigues is a screenwriter and director. Born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, studied and graduated in Cinema Studies in UFF, RJ. In Rio de Janeiro, scripted and directed the shorts “De Jangada, a Maresia”, which participated in the Short Film Corner program in Cannes.
