Roger Ungers

Roger Ungers is a Melbourne-based independent documentary filmmaker, video content creator and photographer. After studying film and TV foundations at the Victorian College of the Arts, Roger has spent over 10 years refining his skills whilst working on multiple documentary and video production projects. Roger's work spans directing, producing, shooting and editing award winning documentaries acquired by Stan, Prime Video and SBS to creating video content for World of Wonder Productions. He has created client videos for BMW, eBay, RSPCA, Moet and KPMG, as well as diverse online video content for social enterprise Scarf. Roger was also a finalist at the Victorian Pride Awards 2025 for “Outstanding Contribution to Media” and also a finalist at the Euphoria Social Awards Gala 2025 for “The Producers Award”. Roger is a frequent delegate of the AIDC (Australian International Documentary Conference) and is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society.
