Taye Cannon

Taye Cannon was born in Gadsden, Alabama, and raised throughout the deep south before relocating to Austin, Texas. In Texas, Taye has fronted multiple musical groups traveling across the United States and Japan opening for the likes of BB King, Tom Jones, R Kelly, Ludacris, and Fitz & The Tantrums. Taye studied Meisner with acclaimed acting instructor Laurel Vouvray (In the Moment Acting) and attended the Film Acting Academy in Houston. He hones his skills as a mixed martial artist and boxer at The Void Martial Arts in Austin. In 2020 Taye married Dr. Vivian Esparza and resides in Texas with their two dogs.
